LimonZubi –
Trainee power to toast!
We, ten trainees from Nörten-Hardenberg and Wilthen, have been working on a project close to our hearts over the past few months: LimonZubi – our own limoncello, developed, designed, and produced by ourselves.
Why “LimonZubi”?
The name says it all: "Limoncello" + "Azubi" = LimonZubi. A fresh liqueur with a true Azubi spirit – creative, regional, and sustainable.

Drink. Donate. Secure the future.
- 50 cents go to the Hardegsen Wildlife Park – just 15 km from our location in Nörten.
- We are even sponsoring the wild boar “Ivan”.
- We invest the other 50 cents in new trainee projects – ideas that are implemented with the same heart, teamwork, and responsibility as LimonZubi itself.
- With every sip, you support the next generation of trainees in realizing real projects.
Designed with sustainability in mind. Made with love.
From the recipe to the packaging, we consistently focus on true sustainability:
- We deliberately avoid foil finishing.
- We prefer to use materials that are already available.
- For example: the cap on our HARDENBERG Gin bottle – perfect in color and without any new production.
- This way we avoid unnecessary waste of resources.

FAQs:
If you cannot find the answers to your questions here, you are welcome to contact us by email or telephone.
Apply using the online form by combining your cover letter, CV and other attachments in a PDF and uploading it. Alternatively, send your application by email to jobs@hardenberg-wilthen.de .
Your application should be very carefully and clearly worded because it gives your trainers a first impression of you. It must include a cover letter with details of the reasons for your application and motivation. You will also need a full CV, copies of your last two school reports and other certificates and references (e.g. internship certificates, certificates of attendance at adult education courses, etc.).
We will endeavour to evaluate your application as quickly as possible. You will first receive a confirmation of receipt. You will then be kept informed of all further steps.
The three-year training begins on August 1st and ends three years later on July 31st. In the first few weeks, you get to know the company and the other trainees. Over the three years, depending on the branch of training, you will gain an insight into different departments and work on different projects. The special thing about the entire training is that there are monthly training afternoons for all trainees, where, for example, difficult exams are discussed together. Parallel to the training period in the company, you will also attend vocational school.
We keep our fingers crossed for your application and wish you the best of luck in the interview. Maybe we'll see each other again soon in the company, we would be very happy.
